This new release through Red Bull Music Academy is a slow burning techno tune, full of minimalist-inspired basslines and subtle sound effects that jump around the background of the tune. ‘Dreamers 7"’ isn’t as gritty as some techno, with cutting synths not playing a major part here, but the progression from a simple bassline into a filter-heavy exploration of what one motif can do is even more exciting. DJ Bone has been dropping EPs frequently, and kicked off a trilogy of albums earlier this year, with chapter 2, Beyond, dropping on December 7^th 2018. -Dan Peeke
